We require a 1/2 of the asking price as a non-refundable and non transferable cash/postal money order deposit on each kid and/or adult. We will hold a goat for 14 days when we receive the non-refundable deposit, any time after the 14 days we will start charging $2.00 for boarding each day. When you pick up the goat you will give the remaining balance plus the boarding cost, if you fall under that category. Kids are subject to change to prior any sales unless you have already put down a deposit. If several people are interested in the same goat it will be the person that sends in their deposit first and I receive it. We are not responsible for the goat or anything about the goat once it has left the property. All health papers and shipping charges are the buyers costs.

We cannot guarantee live kids or the doe will carry kids for the full term nor can we guarantee the kids will be free of faults or have any problems, We sonogram confirm all bred does between 35 - 42 days. That is the best we can do.
